Easy Russian Soup懶人羅宋湯
Ingredients:
Beef: 1or 1.5 pond( the cheapest beef with some fat, not the expensive ones that for steak
洋蔥( onion)一顆、紅蘿卜(carrot)1 根、celery 2根、green cabage 1/2顆,four 2 tablespoon,
tomato paste 1 can (small can), fresh tomato 1,
Procedures
1,cut the beef into walnut size squares,cut the vegetalbes
2,wash the meat(optional), put into deep fry pan, add 2 bowls of water。
3.bring to boil ,reduce the heat to simmer, cover , simmer for 30 minutes。
4.add in onion,carrot, celery, green cabage, tamato paste, tomato
5, bring to boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the vegetable are tender.
6, medium heat, use a small pan, add some butter or oil, put into the flour, stir, until the flour is light brown.
7, add the four to the soup, stir, add some salt and black pepper. Done!
