**葱爆羊肉**
羊腿肉顺纤维切细丝,用水淀粉及孜然粉捏拿均匀后,腌两小时;
大葱(LEEK)洗去泥沙,斜刀切细丝;
炒勺下油,十分热后,下羊肉丝迅速划散,7分熟捞出控油;
勺中留底油,快速煸炒葱丝后,下羊肉丝,加盐调味出锅.
这道菜很受欢迎,大葱和羊肉的香味相辅相成.整个爆炒时间不要超过三分钟,否则羊肉偏老,葱丝不爽.

周末早餐---法式脆皮吐司
通常的法式吐司,是厚片面包在蛋、糖、牛奶的混合液过一下,然后用奶油煎制而成。口感滑嫩软绵,吃起来像蛋糕。脆皮法式吐司多了一道步序:面包在入锅之前粘上一层打碎的玉米片(cornflakes)。
