100克蓮藕 - 100g Lotus Root
3根幹腐竹 - 3 stalks Dried Yuba
1小把蘑菇 - 100g Mushroom
1小把幹木耳 _ 15g Dried Fungus
Seasoning:
半袋麻辣火鍋底料 - Half bag of Spicy Flavour Hot Pot Seasoning
3個幹紅辣椒 - 3 Dried Red Chili Pepper
幾個大蒜瓣 - Several Garlic Cloves
1小塊生薑 - A small piece Ginger
1大勺料酒 - 1tbsp Cook Wine
1大勺生抽 - 1tbsp Light Soy Sauce
