主賞賜這樣的員工和上司 - 以弗所書讀經隨筆 第6章

以弗所書第六章第5-9節，保羅闡明了如何在耶穌基督裏作一個好員工或好上司。作員工的要像服從基督一樣以敬畏之心服從上司；不隻在老板的眼睛看著的時候好好幹活，而是要從心裏自發的全心全意地幹，就像是為基督而幹，主會賞賜這樣的員工。作上司的，對待員工也要如此，不要脅迫員工，因為上司和員工共享同一位無偏見的神，同樣，神也會賞賜這樣的上司。

弗6:5 你們作仆人的、要懼怕戰兢、用誠實的心聽從你們肉身的主人、好象聽從基督一般。
Servants, be obedient to those who according to the flesh are your masters, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as to Christ;
弗6:6 不要隻在眼前事奉，像是討人喜歡的，要像基督的仆人，從心裏遵行神的旨意。
Obey them not only to win their favor when their eye is on you, but as slaves of Christ, doing the will of God from your heart. 
弗6:7 甘心事奉，好像服事主，不像服事人。
Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not people, 
弗6:8 因為曉得各人所行的善事，不論是為奴的，是自主的，都必按所行的得主的賞賜
because you know that the Lord will reward each one for whatever good they do, whether they are slave or free. 
弗6:9 你們作主人的待仆人，也是一理，不要威嚇他們。因為知道他們和你們，同有一位主在天上，他並不偏待人。
And masters, treat your slaves in the same way. Do not threaten them, since you know that he who is both their Master and yours is in heaven, and there is no favoritism with him.
