《魯拜集》往往以“簾”為生死兩隔之隱喻，“過簾”即死亡委婉語，此處“冥關”，喻義類似。
元•袁桷《信州招真觀二十八詠其三玉簾泉》：“截玉作明簾，不知簾外事。應有碧眼仙，隔簾見人至。”“明簾”，與《魯拜集》隱喻巧合，乃仙凡兩隔之物。
陸遊《冬夜讀書示子聿》：“紙上得來終覺淺，絕知此事要躬行。 ”
