2017年5月13日，爾灣Beautiful Chinese American華人義工隊伍參加亨廷頓海灘（Huntington Beach）清潔活動。

 

義工、誌願者行為是公民參與和公民教育的重要組成部分。本問卷研究在美華人的誌願者和義工經曆。問卷中你將會被問到你在美的文化經曆和做義工的經曆的問題。問卷成功填寫完之後，你可以參與抽獎。本次調查研究的結果將加深大眾對非營利組織戰略傳播的理解，並幫助非營利機構更好地與華人誌願者溝通和交流。

 

  誰能參與  

 

如果你是在美華人（不論簽證種類和國籍身份，18歲以上），並且近兩年內曾在（或正在）某個非營利組織做義工、誌願者，你即可填寫問卷。填完問卷，你將有機會贏取價值100刀的亞馬遜電子禮品卡。一共5張禮品卡等你來拿！

 

本問卷為學術問卷，沒有商業性質。問卷耗時約20分鍾。

 

每人隻可參與一次調查。如果你已經在別處參與過此調查，請勿重複參與。如果你身邊有朋友符合要求，也麻煩你轉發這篇文章給Ta。

 

為了防止機器人和無意義答題，問卷中有注意力檢測題（attention check questions）。如果你回答錯誤，你的參與將被終止，你將無緣參與抽獎。

 

你的參與是保密的。調查會采集你的電子郵件地址，以便進行抽獎。你的電子郵件地址不會用作其他任何用途，也不會泄露給其他人。電子郵件地址也不會和你的問卷答案相關聯。

Have you volunteered in the U.S.? Please participate in this survey!

 

  Who can participate?  

 

If you are a Chinese adult (18 years old and above) living in the U.S., AND you have volunteered for a nonprofit organization in the U.S. in the past two years, please participate this survey and win a chance for a $100 Amazon electronic gift card. 5 gift cards will be gifted!

 

This is an academic research and it has no commercial interests. The survey may take about 20 minutes to finish.

 

You can only participate in the study for one time. If you have already participated in this study somewhere else, please do not participate again. If you have friends who are eligible for the study, please forward this article to him/her.

 

This research is being done to understand Chinese people’s volunteering experience in the U.S. You will be asked about your cultural experience and volunteering experience in the U.S. Upon completion, you will enter a raffle the gift card. The study findings will contribute to the understanding of nonprofit strategic communication, and help nonprofit organizations to better communicate with Chinese volunteers in the U.S.

 

There are attention check questions in this survey. Failing to answer them correctly will lead to termination of your participation, and you will not be qualified for the raffle.

 

Your participation is confidential. Your email address will be recorded for raffling purpose only and will not be shared with anyone else other than the researcher. Your email address will not be associated with your responses as well.

When I tried it, it ask: "if you consider yourself as "Chinese person in US",
since I am Chinese American, I answered "no", it kicked me out. Is the survey
not accept Chinese American?
