淡靜之美 - Beauty in The Mundane

連續幾個月的驚心動魄了。心，有點恐慌，有點亂，有點疲於奔命，有點累。

加州明媚的陽光，和漫山遍野的鮮花爛漫，看得我心曠神怡，而同時，似乎又伴隨著巨大的陰影。提心吊膽地回來，連休息三天，昨天和今天上班。班上本來沒啥事。但兩周多積攢下來的瑣事，讓我得不到啥修整。

月初的亞特蘭大馬拉鬆沒有跑成，這周的半馬，和下周的超馬也都取消了，下個月的波士頓馬拉鬆也推遲到秋天。。。心情一直有點低落。看著烏雲依然壓頂，下麵怎麽辦，無所適從。

按原來的計劃，明天早上是跑”階梯“。4-6-8-12-8-6-4。可是，比賽都取消了，身體也有些疲乏。幹脆改成8英裏輕鬆跑算了。失去了目標，眼望四周，茫茫然。

也好，趁這個機會，讓心靈放鬆。哪怕昨天狂風驟雨，哪怕明天翻江倒海。世界是美好的。

不需要拚，不用心急。留得青山在，不怕沒柴燒。
