最近我看上的幾個我們還沒來得及去看就跑了，so I told him that "it seems that I will have to wait until the market cools down a bit" and he sent me this reply:



I think that most savvy investors will back off until things settle down a bit.  At this point the market is in a bubble and the ROI is dropping like a rock.



When you see my HomeDex posting (it will come out tomorrow at 3:00) I address the situation that appears to be unfolding for investors.

We do have to remain vigilant and jump on opportunities as they arise.  We just have to work a little harder to find the good deals.
