1. Czech actually server the "whole fish", fried medium fish. So, you cannot say only Chinese eat the whole fish.
2. "Still" water, I think, means bottled water without the bubble (sparkling water). Here they'll ask you if you want water with or without "gas".
3. This is the first time in a long while I saw a "W.C." sign. I've never saw it in US.
4. They don't all speak English, but there's American music everywhere, in the restaurants, cars, etc.
5. They use "huge" water bottles here, 1.5 L approx. 0.4 gallon. It's 3 times the size of 500 c.c.! This goes for bottled juice, tea, etc.
6. The pace of dinner is slow. It takes almost 2 hours for a dinner. I'm not used to it. My colleague said he went to the hotel restaurant, ordered a sandwich. It took 40 min. Then he wanted a desert and it took another 30 min.
