6、五香粉


 

五香粉由胡椒,丁香,茴香,八角,肉桂混合磨製成粉而製成。

味道特征:甜,酸,刺激,苦,鹹味的混合。

營養價值:含有很多和疾病抗爭的抗氧化劑。

使用參考:小火燉加了蛋白質的蔬菜湯,加芝麻油,醬油和五香粉。
