I talked with an energy expert and was told that, the marginal oil cost for oil sand is around $90; the marginal oil cost for new off shore rig is 65 to 70. That is, at current oil price, not only the demand is a factor, the supply is a factor too.

The Natural gas production cost is around 7.5, so the NG futures did not go down much recently.

For a short term, both USO and UNG could a play.
