材料 Ingredients:
兩個蛋
1 杯白糖 1 cup sugar
1 杯紅糖 1 cup brown sugar
1 茶匙鹽 1 teaspoon salt
1 茶匙蘇打
1 茶匙香草精 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
兩杯花生醬
1 杯奶油 1 cup butter, melt
3 杯 麵粉
大約5-6打M&M多彩巧克力豆
做法 directions:
烤爐加熱至375 華氏度 Pre-heat oven 375 F.
加熱溶解奶油 Heat up butter until melt
依次加入以上材料並攪拌均勻 Add gradually and blend the above the ingredients in order
用麵團做成小圓球,並輕輕壓平 Roll the dough into small balls, and then flatten it gently
將圓球放在噴過油的甜餅盤上 Place them on a greased cookie sheet
將心形小甜餅模具輕輕地按在甜餅上(不要用太大勁壓)Press flat with a heart-shaped cookie frame
每個小甜餅上鑲嵌一到三枚巧克力豆 press one to three chocolates on each cookie
烤12到14分鍾 Bake into 10 to 12 minutes.
可以作成大約60塊小甜餅
