http://blog.sina.com.cn/s/blog_500e53690102e7uw.html傑明的生日快到了,女兒霏決定給他一個驚喜。傑明最喜歡的派是胡桃派,傍晚霏就開始忙弄起來,一個多鍾頭,胡桃派出爐。“貼心小棉襖”很細心,在派上用胡桃擺了"DAD"(爸爸)的英文字,然後點了蠟燭,關了燈,傑明正和兒子玩Risk的遊戲,被我們叫來吹蠟燭,笑容滿麵很開心。。。全家一起唱了“生日快樂”的歌!
喜歡胡桃的朋友一般都喜歡胡桃派,派裏派麵滿是胡桃,很香~~~~~~
Ingredients
用料:3 eggs
三個蛋1/8 teaspoon of salt
八分之一茶匙鹽1 cup dark brown sugar
一杯紅糖1/2 cup dark corn syrup
二分之一杯深色玉米糖漿
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
兩湯匙新鮮檸檬汁6 tablespoons butter, melted
六湯匙黃油,溶解好11/2 cups pecans, chopped
一又二分之一杯胡桃,搗碎1/2 cup pecan halves
二分之一杯胡桃For the crust
派殼用料:11/4 cups flour
一又四分之一杯麵粉1 tablespoon sugar
一湯匙糖1 teaspoon baking powder
一茶匙蘇打粉1/2 teaspoon salt
二分之一茶匙鹽6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut in pieces
六湯匙不含鹽的冷黃油,切成小片1 egg yolk
一個蛋黃3-4 tablespoons whipping cream
三到四湯匙淡奶油Steps
做法:For the crust, sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into a bowl. Then add the butter.
做派殼,篩入麵粉,糖,蘇打粉,鹽到碗裏。然後加入黃油
In a bowl, beat together the egg yolk and cream until blended. Pour the cream mixture into the flour mixture and stir well
在碗裏將蛋黃和奶油混合均勻。然後把奶油混合物倒入麵粉混合物內拌勻Gather the dough into a ball. Then roll out a round crust to fit in the 9-inch pan. Refregerate for at least 20 minutes.
將麵團揉成一個球。再推出圓形派殼,擺進9英寸的派盤。再將裝著派殼的派盤放冰箱裏冷藏至少20分鍾In a bowl, lightly whisk the eggs and salt. Add the sugar, corn syrup, lemon juice, and butter. Mix well and stir in the chopped nuts.
在碗裏輕輕攪動雞蛋和鹽。然後加糖、玉米糖漿、檸檬汁和奶油。拌勻後加入碎胡桃。Pour into the pastry shell and arrange the pecan halves on top
倒入派殼裏,再將胡桃擺在上麵(女兒擺了DAD的字樣,來慶祝她爸爸即將到來的生日)Preheat oven to 400F and bake for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to 325F and bake 30 minutes more.
提前將烤箱加溫至400華氏度,先烤10分鍾。再將溫度降至325度,繼續烘烤30分鍾。
