剛出爐的椰絲奶油球
材料 Ingredients:
1杯奶油 1 cup butter, melt
1/2 杯糖 1/2 cup sugar
兩茶匙香草精 2 tsp. vanilla extract
兩杯麵粉 2 cups flour
1/4茶匙鹽 1/4 tsp. salt
大約4打半片的胡桃仁或核桃仁 About 4 dozen pecan halves or walnut halves
1個蛋清 1 egg white
1大匙水 1 tbsp. water
1又1/2杯椰絲 1&1/2 cups flaked coconut
做法 directions:
烤爐加熱至350 華氏度 Pre-heat oven 350 F.
將奶油,糖和香草精攪拌在一起 Mix butter, sugar and vanilla.
放麵粉和鹽 Stir in flour and salt.
用麵團做成許多大約一英寸小球,內放半片胡桃仁或核桃仁
Shape dough around pecan half or walnut half to form a 1-inch ball.
用叉子將蛋清和水攪勻 Put egg white and water and beat it w/fork.
將麵球浸入蛋清水碗內後滾入椰絲碟內 Dip balls into egg white mixture, then into coconut.
將椰絲奶油麵球放甜餅平盤上 Place all balls on a cookie sheet.
350 華氏度烤14到15分鍾 Bake @350 F for 14-15 minutes.
