閑時喜歡作甜點,自己並不怎麽愛吃甜食,但家人和朋友們很捧場,故常給大家作甜點。以下幾種我常作:
(1)花生醬小甜餅 Peanut Butter Cookies
花生醬小甜餅做法來自幾年前雪城德國好友Irin。早已與Irin 一家失去聯係,但每次作花生醬小甜餅時,總想起好友和她可愛的女兒 Isabella,願好友一家安好!
材料 Ingredients:
1個蛋 one egg, beaten
1/2 杯白糖 1/2 cup sugar
1/2杯紅糖 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2茶匙鹽 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2茶匙蘇打 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2茶匙香草精 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1杯花生醬 1 cup peanut butter
1/2 杯奶油 1/2 cup butter, melt
1杯或1杯半麵粉 1 or 11/2 cup flour
做法 directions:
烤爐加熱至375 華氏度 Pre-heat oven 375 F.
加熱溶解1/2杯奶油 Heat up 1/2 cup butter until melt
依次加入以上材料並攪拌均勻 Add gradually and blend the above the ingredients in order
用麵團做成小圓球 Roll the dough into small balls
將圓球放在噴過油的甜餅盤上 Place them on a greased cookie sheet
用叉子將圓球壓平(不要用太大勁壓)Press flat with a fork
烤10到12分鍾 Bake into 10 to 12 minutes.
