成功版白糖糕和其它

很久以前做過一次白糖糕,失敗了,就再沒有做,最近不有做白糖糕熱,又再次做,今次做成功啦,比外麵買的還要好吃,我是跟著 suezi-q的方法做的,但有兩樣不同的就是我用了半杯水去揉粉,大約揉十分鐘,然後才把其它1 ½水攪勻 這樣就會QQ的
同時發 的熱度也很重要,現在天泠了,屋子冷是不夠溫度發白糖糕的,我就開了個小焗爐,把白糖糕粉放在上麵,做出來就會甜中帶酸了.真的好似小時候吃的白糖糕一樣,在這裏謝謝suezi-q 和 Lily’s Kitchen.

花院裏拾的秋葉.


蘆筍炒牛肉

材料: 蘆筍 秋葵 牛肉切片 蒜頭 生抽 蠔油 鹽 (我把用剩的秋葵也放這一起炒)
醃料:生抽 老抽 糖 豆粉 小小水 油
把牛肉醃好,熱鑊下油,把蒜頭炒香,下牛肉炒到9成熟,產起放在一旁原鑊下蘆筍 秋葵炒到9成熟,把牛肉放回鑊一起炒,下生抽 蠔油 鹽味即成.

煙肉雜菜卷
買了一包煙肉,一次是吃不完的,今日就用它來包雜菜.
材料: 煙肉 西芹 紅蘿蔔 金菇
西芹 紅蘿蔔用滾水煮開,然後放在冰水裏拿起瀝幹,將西芹 紅蘿蔔切條 金菇切去下半身分開,一條西芹 紅蘿蔔 小小金菇用煙肉色起,把煙肉煎香即成.(煙肉已經夠鹹).

烤茄子
日本菜健康,易做又可以和它辦靚.
茄子材料: 日本茄子 柴魚片 (生抽 薑汁 醋 )攪勻
茄子放在焗爐裏焗到表皮有些燒焦,拿出來用希包著至冷,把皮去掉切成一件件,上麵放些柴魚片即成.

醬汁牛蒡
牛蒡材料: 牛蒡切片 生抽 糖 味淋 麻油 芝麻 匕味粉
牛蒡切片 生抽 糖 味淋 麻油放在煲裏煮到汁上下幹,放在碟上下芝麻即成.

滷水汁雞翼尖

這些雞翼尖以前我是不吃的,但在這裏看見別人做,而家裏又有rolling教做的滷水汁,就把它做了滷水汁雞翼尖.

以前說這怎樣做了,就是用生果,碎冰,練奶放在攪拌機打成的.
