吃月餅和其它祝大家中快樂~~~~~~

我的月餅不很美,但味道很好,裏麵的餡沒有放油,還是好吃的.希望各位吃了月餅之後就人月團圓. 這裏有紅豆和黑豆月餅.

以前去賣魚的店子看見這魚翼,心想"這樣怎可以吃,都是骨來的,直至最近在綱上看見到人怎檬做這魚翼,在店裏看見這魚又好新鮮,就買了一塊小的回沒學下做,原來起皮和骨都不難的,也覺得很有滿足感,因為做出來的魚肉很好吃,隻是鹹了點,下次再做就不用下鹽.
材料: 魚翼 Old Bay seasonning
把魚皮和骨去樣,兩麵放上old bay seasonning 熱鑊下油,把魚翼煎生熟即成.

這個菜是在電視上學的好筒單,最重要的尤魚是不要熱得過熟.不然就變了象根.
材料: 新鮮尤魚 意大利芫茜切碎, 檸檬汁 橄欖油, 鹽 胡椒粉
將尤魚去皮,肉臟洗幹淨,切成圈,隔水蒸熟,(大約2分鐘),在一個碗裏把芫茜, 檸檬汁 橄欖油
放在一起攪勻,然後放在尤魚裏下鹽和胡椒粉攪勻調味即成.

材料 蒸煮豆腐 雞蛋 免治雞肉 蔥 蠔油 生粉(
煮法: 蔥洗洗後切碎備用。 豆腐切塊備用。 免治雞肉加入雞蛋及鹽(1茶匙)拌勻後醃半小時備用。 將雞肉夾入豆腐片中間加入清水到鑊中(半滿)水滾後放入,蒸20-25分鐘後取出後灑上蔥花。
茨汁: 將清水(2/3杯)蠔油(2湯匙)糖(2茶匙)生粉(1茶匙)拌勻, 放入燒熱的鑊內煮至變稠後, 淋上做好的豆花雞蓉上即可。

秋葵炒雞蓉塊

把用剩的雞蓉煎餅,用來炒秋葵和甜椒也很好吃.
材料: 雞蓉餅切小件 秋葵 甜椒 蒜頭 生抽 鹽
熱鑊下油,爆香蒜片,下雞蓉餅 秋葵 甜椒炒熟, 下鹽和生抽調味煮即成。如果喜歡可以打些生粉獻.

現在還是夏天 些玉米甜,而且這粥又真的好吃,今次我是用雪過的米煮這粥的,上次煮要2小時,今次隻需45分鐘就有碗香噴噴的玉米粥吃了,老公的粥要加隻生蛋,他說這樣就好以吃cream corn soup.

幹貝燴娃娃菜
一棵黃牙白, 直的切六片,先切半,再每半切三條,用冷水衝過,根部有時有點泥,幹蝦米 (今次用幹貝), 用料酒泡一泡去腥味.
切一點薑片,蔥花, 用油炒香, 放瀝幹的蝦米,再炒一炒,放菜鋪平, 加一點高湯, 鹽, 雞精, 泡蝦米的酒也倒進去,蓋蓋,煮軟,勾茨,灑一點白胡椒,裝碟時去掉薑片, 好了.
