去農貿市埸買了些西班牙辣椒(pimientos de padrones),就咁用橄欖油和鹽炒來吃,不要炒得太熟,好有辣椒味,這些辣椒多數不辣的,但也有幾隻辣.西班牙辣椒個季節是很短的.每年隻在這個時候有得賣.

材料: 小八抓魚洗淨, 西班牙辣paprika, Olive oil, 蒜頭切碎, 鹽,
煲一煲水,水滾放小八抓魚煮熟,(不要煮太久,不然就會al dente)煮熟拿起,在另一個小煲,下olive oil煮熱放蒜頭碎下油,炸一下蒜頭,然後把油淋在八抓魚上麵,再把鹽和paprika放在上麵即成.

材料:小蕃茄,青蔥,橄欖油, 黑胡椒粉, 鹽.
蕃茄洗淨,青蔥切段,把全部材料放在一起,入焗爐用350F焗30至40分鐘即成,這是一個很好的side dish.

材料: 翠玉瓜切片, 瘦肉切片, 甜紅椒切片,蒜頭切碎.鹽,生抽.
醃料: 鹽,糖,生抽,豆粉,酒,油,胡椒粉
瘦肉用醃料醃半小時。 熱鑊下油,爆香蒜頭,落瘦肉炒至轉色大約7成熟,加入翠玉瓜炒勻,用鹽,生抽調味即成。
