曬蘿卜幹我隻是貪玩,看看做出來是怎樣的,哈!和去日本店買的差不多.

把龍利魚放在昆布上麵 (魚用鹽和白胡椒醃一會兒)用蘿卜幹紮隻蝴蝶結

然後放在dashi湯裏煮三分鐘,吃時放些甜生抽,好特別.
