前幾天吃西餐吃得多,回家之後就好想吃中國東西,昨晚浸泡了黃豆,今早就做個上海早餐,糍飯團是我第一次做,做得很好吃,真的比外麵的好吃多了.除了油條之外,其它的都是自已做.

用攪拌機打好豆之後,放在煲裏煮到大熟,好讓黃豆味出來.

用了一半豆漿做豆腐花,用一湯匙豆粉,半茶匙石糕粉,三湯匙水攪勻,然後大力把豆漿放入盆裏,蓋蓋子,不要動它,30分鐘就成豆腐花.

包糍飯團就好似包壽司一樣,做豬肉鬆很容易,是一個朋友在十幾年前教我的,把煮完湯的瘦肉撕開一條條,放在鑊裏炒到快幹,然後下魚露,再炒到幹為止就成了豬肉幹絲,容易做但要有奈心.

油條是冷凍的,隻要放在小焗爐焗熱就好似新鮮一樣.
