糯米芒果椰絲卷 玉米豬碎粥 台灣泡菜 日式牛肉飯和其它 Have a nice weekend~~

糯米芒果椰絲卷
芒果肉(切條)、糯米粉160g , 菱粉(tapioca starch) 40g ,糖 50g,椰漿300g, 水40g, 油1 湯匙,椰絲適量.
將糯米粉, 菱粉, 糖, 椰漿, 水, 油落大碗搞拌至完全沒有粉粒 將糊(不要放太厚),放入一個已鋪有焗爐紙的長方形或方形蒸盤內, 在紙上輕輕掃一層油, 隔水大火蒸4-6分鐘至熟,放涼後放入芒果, 卷起 ,(好似卷壽司),如果拈手可用小小油放在手裏, 卷好之後拈上椰絲, 冷一會即可切開。

幾年前在香港.com玩chatroom的時候,有chat friend講過話玉米豬肉粥好吃,我一直都冇試做,最近買了個玉米煲,正在想怎樣用它好呢?然後這個玉米豬肉粥就pop into my mind了,原來這個粥好好吃架,吃的時候加隻蛋落粥,就好似吃cream corn soup了,吃到老公耳仔yuk(moved)呀!
一杯日本米,一杯泰國米,大約一加倫水,三舊玉米,8安士豬肉碎.
把米洗淨,下水煮成粥,然後下玉米粒和豬肉碎,攪一下等豬肉碎不要一舊舊再煮多30分鐘,下鹽試味,好吃~~~~

台灣泡菜
以前去餐館吃飯,一坐下企檯的就會放一碟這樣的泡菜在抬上,每次都是我吃的最多.最近這椰菜好平,一元有8磅,買了兩個回家,就用一部份做泡菜.recipe是從小米桶那處學的,我用了1+1+1糖,醋,水. 把水和糖煮溶,待涼加醋. 椰菜切成小塊,下鹽,爪勻等椰菜變軟,壓出水,然後把糖醋水放入椰菜裏加些紅辣椒,醃過夜就可以吃.

我覺得日本菜吾難做,最難的是點樣做得靚,這對我來講真係好難,這個牛肉飯好易做.材料有牛肉,洋蔥,日本豆腐卜, sake, mirin, 糖,鹽, dashi. (dashi自已做) 把洋蔥落鑊炒幾又下,放sake, mirin, 糖,鹽, dashi.煮幾分鐘,然後加牛肉,一滾,試味,把它放在飯麵.

意大利火腿雞卷
我日日上網找recipe, 看看家裏有沒有材料,如果有就會跟著來做,有時不知道好吾好吃的,好果吾好吃都冇所為,返正就是做一次,所以好多時老公對別人說他是隻白老鼠.哈哈哈哈~~

這個飯好吃又健康,用電飯煲煮好容易.下次再做的時候我會用雞湯代替水.
