把金桔切開一半,挑了些籽出來.

放兩杯糖,一杯水,一個檸檬在煲裏,開火煮滾,然後轉小火煮大約20分鐘.

把金桔放進糖水裏,小火煮半小的,(每10分鐘攪動金枯)關火醃過夜.

把它一粒一粒放在竹離裏吹曬三天 (我們這裏的天氣是70F’s,幹澡,有風)

午餐又是吃咖哩角.

材料:絞碎牛肉,洋蔥切粒,咖哩粉,鹽,糖,豆粉水. 下油落鑊,爆香洋蔥,加入牛肉略炒,再加入咖喱粉拌勻,最後加鹽,糖,豆粉水,試味 盛起放涼。

把fillo dough切成4條.

放上餡料.

包成三角形,用雞蛋埋口.

包好之後落油鑊炸就成了.

一次過我做了2個櫻桃撻和藍梅撻, 容易做,又好吃.

材料: 3/4 c. + 2 tbsp。麵粉 1/2 c.糖,少量鹽 3個雞蛋 6 T黃油熔化, 8 oz 牛奶,
預先熱烤箱400F和11英寸盆塗黃油。(和一個6寸和4個4寸的盆子)

在一個大盆,混合麵粉、糖和鹽。

把雞蛋一次一個打在發在粉裏,攪到滑為止(大約二 三分鐘)。

慢慢混合熔化黃油。

逐漸加牛奶混合.攪到滑性。

然後放櫻桃或藍梅下麵糊裏輕攪.

把攪好的麵糊放在盆子裏.

豬扒飯,今次買到的豬扒又林又有肉味,這豬扒是在三藩市買的,第次去買多D放在freezer裏.今次我隻用salt and papper醃D豬扒,然後煎熟‧ 香港朋友說這塊豬扒有點兒像香港島.
