玫瑰糖漿和紅豆栗形燒....謝謝sxjj~~

今早在花園摘了玫瑰花準備做玫瑰糖漿(請不要用買的玫瑰,因有殺蟲劑)

在空氣烘幹

用三杯白糖,一杯水,玫瑰花瓣 (我用了六朵大玫瑰花)

放在一起用小火煮滾,之後再煮十分鍾

把糖漿和玫瑰花瓣格開,待涼,放在雪櫃可保全一到兩星期

Sxjj的紅豆栗形燒,真的很好吃,剛好做了黑豆沙,所以家裏什麽材料都有.

材料: 雞蛋 1個,奶油 1Tablespoon (15克), 糖 2teaspoon (40克),麥芽糖 1teaspoon (8克) 泡打粉 baking powder 1/2 teaspoon (2克), 低筋粉 3/4杯 (120克)(我做了四份=80粒).
我是用公製單位.
做法:
麵粉,baking powder一起過篩
雞蛋,奶油,麥芽糖,糖一起放在盆裏,隔著熱水,融化攪拌均勻。
加入蛋糊,攪拌成均勻麵團。盡量以最少的攪拌完成麵團。
用保鮮紙包起麵團,放入冰箱冷藏鬆弛30分鍾。
拿出麵團,分成20等份。包入豆沙餡。
包好後刷上蛋黃,灑上白芝麻.(我隻用芝麻)
預熱370F (200C)的烤箱,烤12-15分鍾。

胖嘟嘟的紅豆燒出爐了!(全黑芝麻的是用玫玫花瓣包著豆沙的)很香玫瑰花味.
