做這個菜我多數放紅蘿蔔,西芹菜,蕃茄, 土豆, 圓白菜和其它,隻要自己喜歡就行.

牛尾放鹽, 黑胡椒, 麵粉.放油在平底鍋把兩麵煎熟,然後放在大鍋裏,放水落牛尾鍋,由大火轉小火,燜三,四小時,至肉嫩.

再放菜在鍋裏.

再燜45分鐘至一小時

火腿雞蛋炒飯
材料: 涼飯, 火腿, 蛋, 蔥, 鹽, 淡醬油。
鐵鍋在高熱加一些油。夜火腿, 攪動大約20 秒, 然後放蛋和火腿一起攪拌。加入飯、鹽和醬油。繼續攪動5 分鍾直到一切被混合。調味,放蔥。很容易的炒飯

自己醃鹹豬骨,水,一杯泰國香米,一杯日本米,蠔士,薑,自己曬的菜幹,水滾把全部材料落,由大火轉小火煲3小時.
這個粥廣東人很喜歡吃, 小時候,媽媽經常煲的,用日本米煮粥出來很 “綿" .
