上菜,今天喝的木槿花茶和其它

這兩天,天氣好熱,聽講木槿花好有益,所以煲來喝,以下是別人說的:

子薑菠蘿沙牛肉
菠蘿,子薑,牛肉,蒜頭, 醬油, 鹽,芝麻油, 菜油.牛肉切薄片。放在碗, 把醬油、芝麻油, 和豆粉 混合在牛肉裏。放油在熱鍋。拋蒜落油鍋。加牛肉攪動,再放子薑菠蘿調味,上菜。

午餐肉炒蛋
Spam, 蛋, 蔥,紅,黃甜椒.把油放在熱鍋裏,放午餐肉, 紅, 黃甜椒, 混合,加蛋, 快手攪動.如想蛋嫩,加2滴醋和1勾水打蛋 (5隻)

桂花糕
桂花糖1湯匙,杞子適量用熱水浸軟(可不用),清水250克,凍開水250克,魚膠粉32克,糖100克(少甜)拌勻,清水煲滾熄火放糖內拌至糖溶 ,加入桂花糖,杞子拌勻,再加入凍開水拌勻入模涼後放雪櫃凝結即可食用.

日本麵豉烤三文魚 (很好吃,烤出來的魚不怕幹)

Ingredients:

3 大勾 麵豉, 2大勾 日本酒, 2大勾 mirin, 2大勾 豉油, 1大勾糖, 2 塊三文魚

1. Mix the miso, sake, mirin, soy and sugar in a bowl.

2. Place the salmon, and miso sauce in a ziplock bag and marinate in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.

3. Bake the salmon in a preheated 450F oven for a few minutes (the exact time will depend on how thick the salmon is).

4. Broil the salmon until golden brown on top, about 1-3 minutes.

混合麵豉 、日本酒、味琳(mirin) 、醬油和糖在碗。(調味汁)
放三文魚, 和調味汁放在ziplock 袋子裏,然後放在冰箱醃兩三個小時或隔夜。
烘烤三文魚在一個被預先加熱的450F 烤箱幾分鍾(確切的時間將依賴於三文魚的厚道)
烤三文魚直到金黃色在上麵。
