完善的火雞晚餐, (圖)吃譜,做十三個菜

昨天是繁忙的一天。我做了火雞, 柿子醬, 蔓越桔醬, 塞蕃茄, 蝦黃瓜, 焗甜蕃薯, 蒸魚, 土豆容, 世界出名的翠花排骨,青豆, 抱子甘藍, 柿子醬, 和南瓜焦糖奶油
我的女兒回家幫助我很多。

火雞非常潮濕真的好吃 (兩女兒一人一隻大腿,由小時到現在都是一樣)it's a tradition to them, now, they don't even eat it, just want to keep it in their plate.

蔓越桔調味汁
1 12oz bag fresh cranberries wash and discard the rotten one away, 1 orange, zested then squeezed, ½ tsp grated ginger, 1 pinch black pepper, 1 pinch grated nutmeg, 4 tbs maple syrup, ½ cup sugar, ¼ cup water
Combine orange juice, water, sugar, maple syrup, orange zest, ginger, black pepper, and nutmeg in a sauce pan over medium heat . Stir to dissolve the sugar. Add the cranberries. Stir often, and wait until all the berries have popped Continue stirring as the mixture foams up When the mixture calms down and turns a deep red it’s time to turn off the heat. Let cool , put in the refrigerator.

惡魔蛋

First boil eggs then put them in ice water. Remove the shells and cut the eggs in half. Separate the egg whites and egg yolk. Smash the egg yolks with bacon bits and mayonnaise and garnish with chives.
塞蕃茄
salmon tura, mayonnaise, pepper, cherry tomato, fresh dill
Combine the tuna, mayonnaise, black pepper. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate until needed. cut a very thin slice from the stem end of each tomato. Scoop out the pulp and seeds with the tip of a teaspoon. Stuff the tomatoes with the tuna, mounding the filling slightly on top. Serve cold.
蝦黃瓜
cooked shrimp, cucumber, and mayo. This is a very simple dish, just look at the picture then you know how to do it.


焗甜蕃薯
sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, fresh lime juice, minced ginger, black pepper, butter.
Slice sweet potatoes thinly, with a mandoline, Mix all ingredients together (except butter). Arrange them in overlapping rows in one layer, dot with butter, Wrap thighty with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes with 380F, Remove foil and and bake fore 10 more minute in boiler for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
柿子辣調味汁
persimmon . tomatillos, selery, lime juice.
Cut it into small pieces and add lime juice and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serve, it is a really good side dish.

抱子甘藍 Brussels sprouts
1 lb Brussels sprouts, 3 shallots, peeled and sliced, 4 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Preheat oven to 400F. Peel off the outer leaves and cut the sprouts in half. Toss sprouts, shallots, olive oil, salt, and pepper together. Pour into a baking pan in a single layer Roast for 15 minutes and remove from oven to toss the sprouts around. Roast another 15 minutes and repeat. Roast a final 10 minutes. Serve hot.
