cut the honeydew in half clean out all the seeds. Use 1 8oz y our favor gelatin

1. stir 1 cup boiling water into gelatin in pot 1 minutes (I put the pot in low heat)this way it can dissolve faster.
2. after the jelatin is dissolved stir in 1 cup cold water.(let the jelatin cool for 10 minutes.
4. pour gelatin into the melon.
5. refrigerate 4 hous or until firm.
