上上周末在朋友家吃到高人做的筍幹毛豆花生

問了做法,回來之後就地取材,家裏有啥用啥,沒啥就憑借想象力,整了一碗山寨版筍幹毛豆,上周末帶到朋友家,在牌桌上竟被朋友形容,吃這玩意就跟吃鴉片似的 -- 上癮啊!
花生米一包,冰凍毛豆一包,雞精三塊,冰凍冬筍(家裏沒有冬筍,就用了扁尖),八角幾顆,辣醬二大勺,冰糖三塊,白糖一大勺
用的是這種朝天椒辣醬, 故山寨版的偏辣

具體做法:
花生米泡一夜後,入鍋加水,扁尖(衝掉些鹽),雞精,辣醬,八角,糖,中小火煮一個半小時

然後加毛豆繼續煮半小時,這時嚐嚐味道,太淡加鹽,太鹹加糖。這鍋水有點少了,又加了些水。

最後開大火將汁水收幹

然後倒入烤盤內攤開,入烤箱350度烤30~40分鍾。當中每隔10分鍾取出翻動翻動
