Blue Bottle Coffee 起源於 Oakland。

早期的創業者積極投身美國咖啡業的第三波運動，倡導以高質量、單一產地、和輕度烘焙帶出咖啡豆獨特的風味。

自從賣給商業巨頭雀巢以後，Blue Bottle Coffee 的質量開始走下坡路。

等下完單，一下子湧進十幾個人排隊買咖啡。
