印度同事說Chaat是大豆做的,有點像豆腐。 但是餐館的菜單把Chaat直接叫印度的農夫芝士(Indian Cottage Cheese)。

我不吃素,也不習慣很濃的香料味道。
這家餐館卻讓我對印度餐刮目相看。
幹淨、整潔,服務不錯,價錢合理,還挺可口…

剛出爐時餅脆脆的,就著上麵的蔬菜粒很好吃…
