All you need are flour (I love to use unbleached flour, about 4 to 4 and half cup), 1/3 cup of sugar, 1/3 cup of butter, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1 cup warm milk, 2 eggs and 2 and 1/2 tsp of yeast.
1.奶油,糖,牛奶,鹽混合好加溫熱,放入yeast,等分鍾
2.把1倒入麵粉中和麵
3.發麵
4.做型,放入烤盤.
5.二次發麵,刷蛋液,不涮也行,
6.烤箱預熱325F,烤麵包.
你可以用烤盤,也可以用鑄鐵鍋,這些是舊照片,你看我用過很多種烤盤,
有時間我再整理流程圖.
如果你要先烤,也可以,第二天吃前要噴一點水,用錫紙包好,在烤箱裏熱透最好.
