Cream BrûléeRecipe:
3 cup heavy cream
9 large egg yolks
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1) Butter 6 Cream Brûlée dishes 2) Heat heavy cream at medium high until bubbles come out from the side wall
3) Seperate egg yolks 4) mix egg yolks with sugar
5) Stir egg yolks with sugar until mixture is pale
6) Add hot cream into egg mixture slowly, keep stiring. Line baking dish with a kitchen cloth. Place Cream Brûlée dishes on there. Pour mixture into 6 Cream Brûlée dishes. Add hot water to the baking dish, half way of Cream Brûlée dishes.
Place into a preheated oven at 300F and bake about 30 to 40 minutes. Center of Cream Brûlée should be soft.
Remove it and let cool. Chill it in the fridge for at least 3 hrs.
Before serve, spread brown sugar on the surface. Light a torch and carmelize the sugar.
