我從北美的英文網上再查,發現鋁的攝取和神經受損的因果關係還沒有得到明確驗證,所以建議是不要攝取過量。對於防止鋁的過量攝取,主要是防止飲用水中含鋁過多(
加拿大農業和食物官方網站對鋁攝取和健康的專門介紹)。
不過WIKI上有對鋁的一項研究表明某些鋁的化合物攝取會增加乳腺癌細胞的增生。
所以,各位自己考慮吧。
反正我個人對燒烤食品,油炸食品以及高糖高脂肪的甜點向來不感興趣,自己幾乎從來不做。
