每每一到秋冬我就覺得皮膚容易幹燥痕癢,用很多潤膚霜喝許多水都沒用。燉一鍋百合蓮子銀耳羹來調理一下,據說能養顏潤膚哦!
Fall and winter are both very dry seasons.I for one always suffer dry and itchiness during these seasons. Lotions or oil won't help much. This sweet soup is supposed to help prevent dryness during cold weather. It is a pretty good breakfast too!
材料:
3-4 朵 銀耳花
30 克 蓮子
30 克 幹百合
30 克 龍眼幹
冰糖 適量
Ingredients:
3-4 Snow Fungus (銀耳/Ngan Yee)
30gm Lotus Seeds
30gm Lily Bulbs
30gm Dried Longan (Mata Kucing)
Rock Sugar to taste
1.先把銀耳和百合洗淨,銀耳泡水兩個小時。
2. 在一鍋冷水裏加一大匙的麵粉,把泡發的銀耳比較硬的部分切除後加入水裏煮3-5分鍾,然後用涼水衝洗幹淨,備用。
3. 蓮子不必泡發,直接放到鍋裏加水煮五分鍾後去除連心。百合泡好洗淨過濾就好了。
4. 鍋裏加5-6杯水和銀耳,煮滾後轉小火燉兩個小時至變軟。加入蓮子,百合和冰糖,繼續燉煮20-30分鍾,熄火後加入龍眼幹即可。
1. Clean and soak white fungus and lily bulbs for 2 hours.
2. Boil lotus seeds in hot water for 3 minutes, drained and let cool. Remove the bitter core of lotus seeds once it is cool enough to work on.
3. Add about 5-6 cups of water with white fungus in a pot. Bring to boil and turn the heat down to low and simmer for 2 hours, the fungus should be all soft and almost melting when it is done.
4. Add lotus seeds, lily bulbs and rock sugar, cook for another 20-30 minutes, turn off the stove and add dried longan if used.
