茨場街燒魚
很喜歡吃茨場街的這個燒魚..
以前每次都得排隊半個小時才有位子坐, 然後再等半個小時, 喝了N杯涼茶了才有得吃.. 每次都吃得大汗淋漓的.. 很過癮喔!
先看看材料:
鯖魚兩條 (甘榜魚) 秋葵6-7條, 番茄一隻, 新鮮蘑菇3隻 (看體積而定.)

預熱烤爐--200度左右..

烤箱預熱後把剛剛包好的魚放入烤箱裏烤15分鍾, 烤好不要馬上拿出來, 讓它在裏邊待2-3分鍾..
