今天是盈盈的"母難日"奶奶和媽媽一早就打電話來祝賀..
我們的習慣是每年生日都要吃麵線加雞蛋.. 媽媽特別在電話裏吩咐我得做麵線吃.. 每次生日如果我在家, 媽媽一定給我做豬腰紅酒麵線, 印度這裏既沒有豬腰也沒有麵線..隻好將就了.. 家裏有什麽就加什麽.. 一大早的才發現家裏什麽青菜都沒有.(因為我到德裏去幾天, 沒有買到菜)
先在鍋裏下一點的豬油, 加上幾隻江魚仔..炒香..

加入三杯水, 煮湯.

香菇和木耳絲..

再加入一點的幹貝 (是不是太多材料了啊?)

香菇切片, 和幹貝, 木耳絲一起洗幹淨, 加到湯裏一起滾15分鍾..

加入一個蛋 (本來是應該加水煮蛋的啦, 我懶惰, 直接把生蛋加到麵線裏了.)再加上一個雞肉香腸, 一小片紫菜..
