日式奶油紅豆麵包製做過程[圖組]

一直很喜歡做甜食,麵包, 也想跟大家一起分享自己做麵包的樂趣.
學做麵包,其實不隻帶來樂趣, 也帶來了成就感, 每當家人吃到我做出的新鮮麵包,
一口咬下去發出讚歎的那一瞬間, 我相信你一定也會和我一樣, 沉浸在幸福的滿
足感之中.

材料A:高筋麵粉230克, 低筋麵粉100克, 糖65克, 鹽3克, 孝母3克, 奶粉10克, 蜂蜜10克, 全蛋一個, 溫水170克.

材料B: 鮮奶油適量, 顆粒紅豆沙適量.

我用麵包機發麵, 把所有A料放進麵包機, 孝母與水最先放.麵發好後拿出放氣揉成團.

因為我隻用了所有材料的一半, 所以我隻做八個麵包, 把麵分成八份.

第二次發孝三十分鍾, 變大.

上麵涮上蛋液撒上芝麻放入已預熱好的烤箱, 350F 15分鍾.

把鮮奶油打發, 待麵包完全晾後用擠花嘴把奶油從底部擠進去.
切開來看看成品.
