When we visited my in-laws around Thanksgiving last year, they gave us a Baby George Rotisserie. This thing is awesome. I already used it twice to roast duck since we got it. It is easy to use, and easy to clean.
1. My New 'Weapon': Baby George Rotisserie.
2. It slowly rotates while cooking, and there is a drip pan in the bottom to collect the grease.
3. The duck skin didn't come out as crispy as before compared to roast it in an oven, but it still tastes good, and the cleaning is a lot easier.
Yes, it is not small (the size of a roast pan but a lot taller). My husband sliced the duck. I can't do it that nice :)
