property tax 是地方政府收的稅,不是聯邦稅。他們住豪宅就該付相應的稅給對方政府。為什麽聯邦政府要補貼那些住百萬，千萬豪宅的富人他們的 property tax ？我住的州property tax奇高，我收到2017年的property tax 估價表，比2016年增加了4.7%。房價10多年沒有漲，還掉。但是property tax 年年漲。有點房主不知道修了basement 結果property tax 馬上張26%。我隻能怪地方政府收 property tax 太高。

2018選舉
1） 如果民主黨可以全勝，拿下2/3的參議院，trump是必被彈劾無疑。但是，這種可能很小。
2）如果民主黨沒有全勝，但是成為多數黨，那就要看有多少共和黨的人願意投票彈劾trump了，可能會有Jeff Flake, Bob Coaker, Susan Colins, John Maccain (如果他還能投票的話），其他的大概就沒了。
3）如果共和黨還是多數黨，彈劾沒有可能。
所以，等2018選舉結果吧。
