第一葫蘆:安啦,奧巴馬醫保不會被砍

我以前下過不少預測,錯得也不少,我這就不說預測,隻是說說我的理由。
 
推倒奧巴馬醫保是淳樸的競選綱領之一,奧巴馬醫保不得民心也事實,左右都覺得有問題,問題是如何處理,一方說推倒,一方說改善;推倒的一方除了說推,沒啥折子;改的一方也沒有令人信服途徑。其實真正受到最大損害的人數是少數,但還是不少,8%左右,那群自己買,但有沒有政府補貼的。有一點是肯定的,淳陣民怨沸騰,全國過半人都不滿,那架勢是淳樸想忽悠都不行。
 
不過淳樸當選後放風說跟“奧巴馬總統談話,涉及奧巴馬醫保,他說的有些我覺得道理(I like it very much)”,如帶病拒保、子女25歲前可跟父母。

從風聲來看,肯定會有些行動,問題是什麽。全麵廢除的第一難關是參議院的“阻撓議事”規矩(filibuster),民主黨不同意,法律沒法通過,盡管共和黨有取消“阻撓議事”規矩的可能(叫原子彈Nuclear Option) ,他們是否會這麽絕呢(炸了就收不回來了)?

但是砍了咋辦呢?共和黨空口叫了幾十年,從來沒實現過,他們的法子也從來不能壓製價格(財團利益所在),難以見得他們的招數有啥實際效果。回到原來的環境,以前的人得以減緩,但負擔不能還原,又把一大堆人送入絕境。如路透社所言,最大的威脅時政治上的,如果沒有好的替代辦法,一大堆人是沒保險,就活不下去,政治家有風險,這是左媒的一個哀叫:

華人小道說威斯康辛州州長沃克去年參選的醫改綱領是Andrew Bremberg(上麵提到的參謀團的成員寫的,包括對窮人此舉補助,但共和黨反對,淳樸目前還沒有表態。
 
然而不僅僅是左媒,大選前《華爾街日報》介紹了重災區亞利桑那的情況,實際上區亞利桑猛漲100%並不是出了大問題,而是原先保險公司過於樂觀,為了搶市場開價太低,結果虧大了,盡管奧巴馬醫保盡保老弱病殘,虧的多也是問題,漲是市場調節而已。《華爾街日報》描寫了一個以前沒錢買保險,現在靠補貼,得益很大的人的故事。

這是個白人。
 
如果過千萬人忽然醫保被奪走,很多人就沒命了,他們隻要有一半兒投票就能把共和黨趕走。從殘酷鬥爭的角度來說,激進派巴不得淳樸共和黨把這給推倒了,到時好算賬。
