很久沒上菜了,今日周末,心血來潮來個南北合,上海大餛飩、四川辣仔雞嗬嗬,純屬山寨!

薺菜餛飩的做法;絞肉、薺菜、青菜、鹽、雞精、糖、胡椒粉……

由於薺菜成品很幹,為了使餛飩口感鮮滑我加了青菜,比例為一比二,這樣拌出的餡口感鮮滑,另外,打肉漿時要加入薑蔥泡汁,先打肉餡、再加入燙水剁細的二合一菜,即成。
