i agree. Zhejiang is my home state, i certainly don't like to hear people talking about Hangzhouness being rude and unfriendly, but those comments i put in my last blog were truly from those who have been to or visted the city in the past couple of years....
Yes, i would consider Shanghai, Beijing and Hangzhou. Hangzhou is a beautiful city, but peopel are not that friendly... it seems they are not happy and sweet....

Hangzhou is definitely a beautiful city to live. Thinking about moving back to China to live after retirement... Hangzhou is absolutely one of the cities to consider.
