謝謝大家的回複。我一般每周跑35miles左右,跑速大概8.4min/mile。食物方麵,三餐可能 carb比較多(麵包,米飯,麵條),早上和下午會吃零食,一般吃 mixed nuts,偶爾會吃cookies 或者 cup cakes.
