中年人健康評價的一個綜合標準
下麵是根據美國軍隊軍官健康考察標準表中選取的中年人年齡段(40+)的部分。60+再往上沒分組了,因為軍官混到那歲數都退休了。。我多年來一直在比照這個標準。
三個項目,每個最高分別是60,20,20分,最高分要求的成績列在每個年齡組的第一行。第二行是低健康風險段的下限。軍官考核要求總和超過75分,如果三項都在下限以內就都超過了75分。
對於諸位運動達人,應該滿分是不成問題的。如果您是整天坐辦公室的(在這個壇子裏不好意思出頭發言的--COME ON,I KNOW YOU ARE THERE。。),鍛煉鍛煉達到低風險的線上麵也應該很容易。
記住這一點,健康是一生要經營的事情,祝您不光現在,而且以後的每個年齡段都在達標的水平。
