如何max out你的貸款額度和數量？這是個很有意思的topic.我的經驗淺薄，想看看各位大老有沒有好的建議。以下是我知道的一點點：

假設雙職工

1.每個loan隻用一個人的名字和ssn;這樣兩個人可以總共有20個loan.

2.每個投資房的loan,在保證現金流的前提下，盡量貸 數額大 的loan.也就是說，20幾萬的房子有不錯的positive cashflow,就不要去玩幾萬的房子。

我所知道的情況是，租金和全職工作的salary都算作income.所以隻要positive cash flow, income(LTI ratio)幾乎沒有問題。
