Attorney does not guarantee anything...but you guarantee him $750/mon...what a deal...Foreclosure easily takes 6-12months, you do the math...you are paying for "legal service" which the attorney is not legally obligated to deliver a specific result.

Are you in NV?

Locate a reputable real estate attorney and find out how State laws interpret deficiency juedgement...Ask for Federal Mortgage debt relief program....Consider a shortsale...
