現在麵臨房子foreclosure,不知foreclosure後,如果價錢低於principle,我們是否要交付差價呢? 比如:銀行以15萬價錢foreclosure,但我們的Principle是20萬,那我們是否還有交付這5萬的差價呢?現在查到一個機構是專門有律師幫助做foreclosure的,但是加入的話每月要付$750,直到完成foreclosure,說是可以有律師幫助避免交付foreclosure後的差價,做好了,還能保住房子等等,不知是否靠譜?各位有沒有了解這方麵情況的呢?多謝!
