就是怕負擔差價才考慮加入那個Program, 現已short sale 6個月，realtor說還需要降價

才行，不知我們是否要補交什麽如果short sales 的價錢低於principle. 其實我們還挺想保住這個房子，那個Program說如果能查出很多銀行貸款文件的漏洞的話，也許可以從新給房子估價，盡量能達到我們能接受的價錢範圍。不知是否靠譜
