Property value has nothing to do with accuracy of your loan docs

如果你的agent在房子銷售的marketing作的很好的基礎上沒有offer，那就是你所在的市場對這類房子，這個價位沒有demand。
問一下， 你的loan這麽小，如果還是要找地方住的話，為啥不繼續付mortgage呢？除非失業，relocation，否則你和家人還是要付租金的。。。。？
