賣股票還是賣房子？

明年有100多萬的貸款要到期，現在的利息是2， 明年估計要5-6之間了， 預計一個月需要多付5000多的貸款。今年已經為漲了利息的其他貸款多付帳了，房租又不能漲，心裏煩；明年再付，要影響生活質量了。領導說賣股票填窟窿，可我怎麽覺得房價要跌，應該賣一兩套公寓去填窟窿呢？但是領導不同意，說賣房子的各種傭金稅費就好幾萬，不換算。請教各位大佬，這個賬應該怎麽算？你們在資金緊張的情況下，是賣房子補貼其他房子，還是賣股票補貼其他房子。也許這是個愚蠢的問題，請不要笑話我。
